These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Video Volume Booster: Loudify app (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the App

The App is provided as a tool for boosting video volume, enhancing audio, and extracting audio from video files. You may use the App for personal and commercial purposes, provided you comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

User Content

All videos and audio files you process through the App remain your property. The App does not claim any ownership or rights over your content. Since all processing occurs locally on your device, your files are never accessed by us or any third party.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the App.

Audio Quality

While the App is designed to boost volume while maintaining audio quality, extreme amplification of very quiet recordings may result in audible noise or artifacts. The App provides preview functionality to allow you to check results before saving. We are not responsible for audio quality outcomes resulting from user-selected settings.

In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases. These purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests for in-app purchases should be directed to Apple.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
